Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We know you will enjoy our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money within 30 days of your order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
To cancel an order that hasn't yet shipped, please contact info@shakyflavors.com.
 
Shipping Policy:
We will ship your order through either UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. You can choose the method of shipment and view shipping charges at the time you place your order.
Your order will generally ship within 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay, we will notify you by email.
 
International Orders:
Please send an email to info@shakyflavors.com with your desired order and shipping information. We will email an electronic invoice with shipping charges. After receipt of your payment, we will ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund international orders after shipment.
 
Local Orders (Lockport, IL area):
Send your desired order to info@shakyflavors.com. We will email you an electronic invoice (sans shipping charges) and arrange for local delivery/pick-up.
