Spicy Spinach and Sausage

Here at Shaky Flavors, we love to experiment with imaginative uses of our seasonings. We hope these ideas spur you to try something new as well. Here is a unique combination of bold flavors that we enjoyed tonight!
1 bag chopped spinach
1 lb sliced Andouille sausage
chopped roasted red pepper
1 chopped medium onion
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
dash of salt
Shake in Jammin' Jerk to taste
Heat butter in pan. Add sausage and onion, then red pepper. Add salt, then spinach. Season with Jammin' Jerk to taste (we used about 6 shakes). Serve over rice or with sliced French bread.
